By accessing or using MemoryDrop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service. Your continued use of MemoryDrop constitutes your acceptance of any changes or updates to these terms.

MemoryDrop is a digital platform designed to help users create, preserve, and share memories through albums, keepsakes, time capsules, and celebrations.

We provide tools for uploading photos, videos, notes, and other content, organizing them into collections, and sharing them privately with invited contributors and recipients.

Features and functionality may change over time as we improve and expand the platform.

To use certain features of MemoryDrop, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You may not use another person's account without permission.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use MemoryDrop. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

You retain ownership of all content you upload, create, or share on MemoryDrop, including photos, videos, notes, and other materials.

By uploading content, you grant MemoryDrop a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service to you and your invited contributors.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You must not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

MemoryDrop does not claim ownership of your content. All photos, videos, notes, and memories you upload remain yours.

The creator of a memory collection (album, keepsake, or time capsule) retains ownership and control over that collection, including the ability to manage contributors, edit settings, and delete content.

We make reasonable efforts to keep your content available and accessible. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or that content will always be available without error.

Storage limits apply based on your plan. Free accounts have limited storage and capsule creation capacity. Premium accounts include expanded storage and additional features.

We recommend keeping backups of important content outside of MemoryDrop. While we take data protection seriously, we are not liable for data loss due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Time Capsules are designed to be locked until a specified future date. Once created, the unlock date may not be changed by the creator or by MemoryDrop.

MemoryDrop will make reasonable efforts to deliver time capsule notifications and make content available at the scheduled unlock time. However, we cannot guarantee exact timing due to technical or operational factors.

Contributors to a time capsule agree that their contributions will be inaccessible until the capsule unlocks.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Uploading or sharing illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Attempting to access accounts or content that does not belong to you
• Using automated systems or bots to access the platform
• Interfering with the security or integrity of the service
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
• Using the platform for commercial solicitation without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in prohibited activities.

Upon suspension, you may lose access to your account and content. We are not obligated to restore access or recover deleted content in such cases.

You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

MemoryDrop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemoryDrop and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically.

Continued use of MemoryDrop after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms regularly.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.
